This page explains both the guarantee we offer voluntarily and the statutory rights you may have. The two are separate, and the guarantee is in addition to those rights.
If the guide is not what you expected, write to us at contact@regentandmonarch.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the original purchase, normally within five to ten business days once processed. There is no deduction of fees or charges of any kind.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Because the guide is digital content supplied immediately on purchase, this right is subject to an important condition. Before completing your purchase you are asked to confirm that you request immediate access to the download and that you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the download begins. If you give that confirmation and the download starts, your statutory right of withdrawal ends at that point.
Our 30-day guarantee above continues to apply in every case, so in practice you retain a longer period in which to obtain a refund than the statutory minimum.
Write to us at contact@regentandmonarch.com with your order details. An unequivocal statement in your own words is sufficient, or you may use the model form below. We will acknowledge your request by email without delay and confirm when the refund has been issued.

Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fee as a result.
When a refund is issued, your licence to use the guide ends. We ask that you delete your copy.
